I reached out to Dr. Rivas regarding the extraction of my number 16 wisdom tooth. My previous dentist referred me to an oral surgeon who wanted to extract the other three wisdom teeth even though I am not experiencing any issues and during that time I never had any consultative discussions with the surgeon. I connected with Dr. Rivas and she was thorough and transparent when speaking over the phone and she shared that she would be able to extract my tooth. During the procedure, she was extremely caring, asked if I was numbed properly, and checked in with me frequently during the procedure. I did not feel a thing and I was shocked on how fast she was able to successfully extract my tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Rivas and her staff and I commend them for their professionalism and caring nature. I live in the Inland Empire and will be driving to West Hollywood since Dr. Rivas will be my dentist moving forward.

I’m enormously happy with Dr. Rivas! My parents, my kids, my wife — all of us know we can rely on Dr. Rivas to do a great job in addressing our dental needs. Dr. Rivas used Invisalign to make my teenage daughter’s teeth look beautiful, whereas many other dentists would have referred us to an expensive outside orthodontist. One of my family members has a rather serious dentistry anxiety disorder, and Dr. Rivas is invariably kind and patient with him, always using every tool at her disposal to make sure he’s fully comfortable before she gets down to business with all her drills and scalpels and other instruments and hardware. Recently, on a Saturday, I suspected I had a dental emergency, and even though Dr. Rivas was practically certain there was no problem based on the photo I texted to her, she nevertheless trudged to her office just to meet me in person to reassure me that everything is ok. Most dentists wouldn’t have accommodated me that way. In this town, most dentists seem to be off somewhere playing golf on the weekends out of town. It’s often challenging to find a good dentist, someone whom you can trust to be gentle and patient and good natured and fully competent. But you’re in luck; you need look no further. Please believe me when I say Dr. Rivas and her team will take excellent care of you!

Dr. Rivas is an amazing, kind, and patient dentist. I let my teeth slide into chaos, and Dr Rivas helped me get my mouth back in working order. Also I’m a huge baby that constantly complains about pain and squeals just from looking at a drill. She made me feel comfort like I thought I could never feel at the dentist. Please go see her for your own teeth health and mental stability!

Amazing office with excellent staff! I’ve loved working with Dr. Rivas, who helped me find relief from an old filling that was long over due. She’s was compassionate, and kept me informed along the way through the procedures and going above and beyond with my very difficult insurance company. Her work is always excellent, she’s a quality person and it really shines through her professionalism. So grateful to find a dentist who works with their patients with consideration of their needs and budget. Mary at front desk is also incredibly helpful along the way, and it doesn’t hurt having a beautiful view of the Hollywood hills while you’re getting your work done. Big thank you to the staff!

I've been going to Dr. Rivas for two years now for my cleanings and X-rays, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Dr. Rivas and the entire team are always professional, friendly, and make every visit comfortable and stress-free. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Rivas is thorough and genuinely cares about my dental health, taking the time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. I never feel like I'm being pressured into procedures I don't need, which is big for me and anyone with medical professional trust issues. Parking in the building is expensive so make it a point to arrive early to find street parking. I'll be recommending this place to everyone!

As a Latina it’s extremely important to me to support my community. Not only that but I saw that Dr Rivas is a member of a Latin American dental association. I highly respect people that are proud of who they are. Of course she also went to good schools etc. Dr Rivas has a great disposition and is very professional. She actually checks things that other dentists do not check. Her hygienist is sweet and wasn’t as harsh in her cleaning skills as many others have been elsewhere. The office is nice looking and relaxing. Mary does a great job. My favorite thing is the view lol. In the dental chair you have a view of the outside world which is relaxing. I was focusing on a ground squirrel scurrying about lol. Anyway, parking is hell. Plus the structure is chock full of weird elites in their luxury cars which is pretty obnoxious. It is now always valet and it will set you back $10 plus tip. There are not many meter options and Mary told me about some spots in the neighborhood.

Dr. Lisa does an excellent job!! She's super friendly and attentive! She explains everything in detail, is very professional, and does a great job. I highly recommend her! I'm leaving with a very positive experience from my visit to the dentist!!

Felt at home immediately. The people here are extremely kind and welcoming while also giving you immediate confidence in their knowledge and capabilities. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists who have made errors and inevitably made me lose trust in their office. Dr. Rivas and her dental studio as a whole has truly helped me a lot I cannot thank them enough.
